Is COUP'd non-alcoholic?

Yes! COUP'd is a non-alcoholic apéritif and mixer. 

What is an apéritif?

An apéritif is a light and bitter traditionally alcoholic beverage served before a meal or in between courses to cleanse the palate. 

What is the shelf-life of COUP'd?

COUP'd is heat-pasteurized and lasts up to 1 year unopened in a cool, dry space. Once opened, it will remain at peak quality for about three weeks to one month in the refrigerator. If you see any signs of mold or spoilage in your COUP'd, throw it out... and reorder some more ;)

How do you drink COUP'd?

In short, COUP'd can be sipped by itself on ice, shaken with a spirit or N/A spirit of your choice, or topped with sparkling water or sparkling wine. Why is there sediment in my bottle?

COUP'd is made with all-natural, always fresh produce, with NO added preservatives other than the natural preservatives found in citrus and agave. Because it's got only the good stuff in it, it will contain some naturally occurring pulp. Bottles might vary in pulp, but they will all taste equally delicious! Shake well before each use to reduce additional sediment in each pour!!!

Is COUP'd safe to consume when pregnant?

While all ingredients in COUP'd are generally safe to consume when pregnant, it is always recommended to ask your doctor when trying a new product. There is a small amount of matcha tea in the Berry Matcha Mint flavor and lemon balm tea in the Lemon Ginger flavor.

How long will it take to receive my order?

COUP'd should arrive at your door and be ready to be sipped within 3-7 business days once shipped. Shipments should go out 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Feel free to reach out if your shipment is

Can I return my COUP'd order?

We do not accept returns at this time, unfortunately. 

What happens if my order arrives with missing items or is broken? 

If your order is damaged upon arrival, unfulfilled properly, or if there is damage to the drink product itself, we will happily refund all order costs. Please email cheers@drinkcoupd.com in this instance with pictures of the broken or damaged product and a description of its arrival state.
