Recipe Capsule
Mix COUP'd with or without the spirit for an anytime, anywhere beverage.
WITHOUT THE SPIRIT:
The Classic COUP'd Spritz
- 2 ounces COUP'd of your choice
- 2 ounces sparkling water (or more for a take on a lighter tonic water)
- Ice
Pour COUP'd over ice. Top with equal parts sparkling water. Enjoy, stop, and sip the rind!

Ginger "Limoncello" Spritz (serves 1)
- 2 ounces COUP'd Lemon Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/4 ounce vanilla simple syrup
- 2 ounces sparkling water
- OPTIONAL: 2 ounces prosecco or sparkling wine, or N/A sparkling wine
- Ice
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Shake Lemon Ginger with the vanilla extract or simple syrup without ice. Strain and pour over fresh ice in a wine glass. Top with equal parts sparkling water and the optional sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon slices for a refreshing spritz that will transport you straight to the Amalfi Coast.

Berry Matcha "Nojito" (serves 1)
- 2 ounces COUP'd Berry Matcha Mint
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- Bluberries
- 4 ounces sparkling water
- Fresh mint and lime wedges, for garnish
Muddle blueberries in the bottom of a tall glass. Add Berry Matcha Mint and lime juice. Stir and add ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint and lime wedges.
Sparkling Berry Mint Green Tea (serves 1)
- 2 ounces Berry Matcha Mint COUP'd
- 3 ounces steeped and chilled green tea
- 3 ounces sparkling water
- Ice
- Berries, for garnish
Pour Berry Matcha Mint and chilled green tea over ice. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with berries.
WITH THE SPIRIT:
Lemon Ginger Margarita (serves 1)
- 2 ounces COUP'd Lemon Ginger
- 2.5 ounces tequila of choice
- Ice
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Shake ingredients with ice in a shaker for 10 seconds, and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
A COUP'd Penicillin (serves 1)
- 2 ounces COUP'd Lemon Ginger
- 2 ounces blended scotch
- 1/4 ounce malt scotch
- Ice
- Lemon peel and candied ginger, for garnish
Stir all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel and candied ginger.
A COUP'd Cosmo (serves 1):
- 1 ounce COUP'd Berry Matcha Mint
- 2 ounces Citron Vodka, or vodka of choice
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce pomegranate or cranberry juice
- Ice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Shake the first four ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds. Strain and pour into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
A Gimlet, two ways (serves 1):
- 1 1/2 ounces of COUP'd of your choice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces N/A gin or gin of choice
- Ice
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain and serve up.
Blueberry Matcha Daiquiri (serves 1)
- 1 1/2 ounces COUP'd Berry Matcha Mint
- 2 ounces N/A rum or white rum of choice
- Ice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Shake Berry Matcha Mint with rum (or N/A rum) with ice. Strain and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
TIP: Make it a mojito by pouring over ice and topping with sparkling water. Add some fresh mint for garnish and enjoy (preferably by the pool).
Berry Mint Negroni
- 1 ounce COUP'd Berry Matcha Mint
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces gin of choice
- Ice
- Lime peel, for garnish
Stir the first three ingredients over ice 10-15 times to slightly dilute the cocktail. Garnish with a lime wedge and sip responsibly.
TIP: Make it a spagliato! Top with 2 ounces of sparkling wine N/A sparkling wine.
